Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for most services, and 3–6 months for wedding packages. Popular dates fill up quickly, so the earlier the better.
Do you offer package deals for multiple services?
Yes! We offer attractive bundle discounts when you book multiple services together — for example, digital invitation + photography + cake for a wedding. Contact us for a custom package quote.
What areas do you serve in Sri Lanka?
We are based in Colombo but serve clients island-wide. Travel fees may apply for events outside the Western Province — please mention your location when inquiring.
How do I make a payment?
We accept bank transfers, cash, and online payments. A 30–50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before or on the event day.
Can I see samples before booking?
Absolutely. We're happy to share our portfolio, sample invitation pages, and cake photos during your consultation. We also offer cake tasting sessions by appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is accommodated where possible at no extra charge.
